How It Works

  • Storage: Ingredients are held in a hygienic stainless steel hopper with mixer to prevent clumping
  • Dosing: A variable-speed rotor, screw, or piston meters the measured ingredient flow into the line
  • Mixing/Incorporation: Ingredients enter the main product stream and blend through an inline static mixer for uniform distribution
